Niki, Neda I think she goes by both names, but I went in to get a bleach touch up and Shadow root and I came out very disappointed. I was specific with what I wanted and even showed her pictures but this is what I got. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home and had to do my own hair because she had me leave the place with wet hair. I called and talked to the front desk girl (which is the reason why I put 2 stars cause she was so kind) and she had me send pictures of my hair. Her and her colleagues were just as shocked as I was. When I went back she tried to tell me that I had to wear my hair a certain way for it to not look splotchy which blows my mind lmbo, why would I change the way I do my hair? She wouldn’t accept that it looked like trash, but she redid it and even still had to do it twice because she messed up again after the first time. Thank God the third times a charm and it didn’t look as bad but still wow it was rough. I don’t ever leave reviews but I would hate for anyone to experience this so please, choose wisely who does your hair when you come here.

This salon is a mess. I went in for a men’s haircut with David or Scissor D, and needing a very easy men’s cut. He was extremely rough, and sounded like being there was an inconvenience. I’ve been to many salon environments and never once have I left a haircut without them washing/rinsing my hair after a cut. There was a lot of tension between staff regarding a walk in, who then David proceeded laughing at another client’s haircut. The salon itself looked messy and rundown. I’ve gotten $15 haircuts that are better and more precise than this. Don’t waste your time or money.

So many salons nearby my house but can’t risk the outcome of a new look. With Veesun it’s guaranteed a 100% satisfaction so why waste time and money somewhere else? What an amazing talent or gift he has making you feel and look great coming out of the salon. My daughter who’s 12 started going to him for haircut and hairstyle last year and she won’t dare go somewhere else anymore. One time, I took her to a salon that’s a mile away from my house (just for my convenience so I don’t have to drive far) and she didn’t like how she looks. Of course back to Veesun!!! lol. I am stuck like a glue lol to Veesun from Hair Concept 2000 in Woodland Hills. So many salons nearby my house but can’t risk the outcome of a new look. With Veesun it’s guaranteed a 100% satisfaction so why waste time and money somewhere else? What an amazing talent or gift he has making you feel and look great coming out of the salon.
