My daughter went in for an underneath color and face frame with pink. They told me it would be more than what they quoted on the phone but gave me a max amount it would be when I got there. I was completely fine with that as I know it changes with what they need to do. It ended up being OVER double of what they quoted for the max amount and this was without the haircut she was going to get as well, just the underneath color and face frame. When I asked them about it they were quite rude and did not care about the cost that I unfortunately would not have gone through with if they let me know how expensive it would have been and how far over the max they told me. Not only that but the permanent pink that was put in her hair for an extreme cost washed out within a week. After 2 weeks it has turned into patchy spots and is very disappointing. I wish they would have been at least polite about the issue and understanding why I was upset about such a drastic cost change. Not only that but the color did not even last a week. We had been seeing a different hair stylist for hair cuts and she did a good job but this incident and how it was treated will have us never going back.

I’ve never felt more welcomed or experienced such amazing customer service for lash extensions like this place! Leaving with a set that I loved for half the price of my normal place blew my mind. Mariah is a fantastic lash artist and so kind!! I never knew lashes were supposed to be this great until I came here. I made the switch after being at the same lash place for 3 years! Absolutely no regrets whatsoever.
