Critical: Professionalism, QualityHair bleaching & coloring, facial, & nail painting:After many forgiving attempts, the services have been disappointing due to lack of professionalism, welcome, and poor skill set. Customers are left under driers without supervision causing hair damage & are still told they will pay for the products used but not the service! This is outrageous.Facial was disappointing; customers are left to figure out the message chair (not professionally shown out of courtesy) & no pressure is felt during foot message/foot soak before going back to a room for facial bare-footed with wet feet on a cold floor. The bed is tilted so blood pressure rushes to your head. Can’t feel any pressure during facial messaging, there was this annoying tapping of fingertips down the face, that was inferioriting. The creams used burned my eyes afterwords & they didn’t know what the creams were or what they’re made out of (that is unsettling).The hot wet towel used between facial cream applications felt damp and unpleasant.It’s my fault for going back & expecting a great experience as I am a forgiving person but these last experiences since the hair burning incident have been one disappointment after another. Yet, I still give a nice tip out of kindness, but totally regret it after. I wish I would’ve said something but didn’t want to ruin their day. There is only two ladies that are very good in there that used to do my hair a long time ago that I have respect for because they are professional, welcoming, and know what they’re doing.Lastly, the nail painting was globby and rushed. I’m never going back in there again because the feeling has been aweful walking in there so this is a major signI hope this review will only help, not hurt. I mean that.
