Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI called and booked my appointment with Harley. I read from other reviews she likes doing color. Nobody else was in the salon, other then her mother. I was treated by her very kind and beautiful mother. Whom just happens to be the owner. Her mother waxed my eyebrows. Did an fantastic job. My whole appointment took roughly four hours long. Harley is very patient. She also was friendly and talkative. She guided me through the whole process. A short back story on myself. I’m a disabled woman who has a VP shunt installed. So my head is actually very sensitive. She was very thoughtful in regards to that. I also have always shied away from salons. This salon has changed my way of thinking about that. She also helped me see by putting glasses sleeves on my glasses. So I wasn’t blind the entire time. To sum this up, I walked in a hot mess. Grey’s at the top, long hair. Walked out happy. I also went bold. I presented a photo of a color I choose. Even though the end result is a little darker then I really wanted. She did tell me if would lighten up. This salon also is very COVID-19 friendly. It’s clean, they wear masks. They do not overbook. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Had a hair appointment for my 2 girls that got cancelled because my wife didn’t call back the day before their appointment to confirm they would be there in the owners non communicated window. The call for her to confirm the appointment came in at 9am with a follow up call at 1:30 to cancel both appointments and a cute message that they would not be rescheduled. Guess business is going great for them when they can treat customers this way. Good luck during the recession with customer service like this you might not last. Maybe get with the times for real working people that can’t answer their phones during their own working hour’s….tip for your business try easy one click text to confirm or just an easy email click confirm.

Used to see Charlene who was great but is no longer there. Tried to make an appointment with Harley but received a major attitude when I didn’t call back to confirm my appointment. I tried explaining that I was working and in meetings the entire day and apologized and said I would be there but continued to receive an attitude. I was made to feel so uncomfortable I ended up canceling the appointment and won’t be going back. Horrible customer service!
