Very unprofessional, I came with my friend, we made reservation for 2PM. At about 1PM asked us to come at 2:30PM, which is fine. when we arrive at 2:30pm they are not ready for us, so we waited for another 10 mins. At 2:40PM, my friend got his hair cut, and they ask me to wait another 10 mins. At 3:15pm, my friend is done with his haircut, I’m still waiting. So I left with my friend.

Sure, this place may be quite expensive, charging more than 3 times the amount of other places in Milpitas. But that’s not my concern – after all the prices are posted for you to see before the haircut. My concern with the stylist Joe – he speaks only minimal English so communication was an issue. In addition, I think he expects a tip that’s 20% or higher (at least $5 for men). I gave a 15% tip for what I thought was a mediocre job, but instead of saying thank you, he gave me an angry look, like I just took advantage of him. I found the experience unexpected and extra-ordinary (in a bad way).

Service is overpriced as it getting higher almost every year. If you find the price is higher than you expected, you might want to try somewhere else…At least i have not visit this store for 1-2 years now. BTW, the owner has a very nice porsche 911 turbo that he always park in front. Very very nice. thats the only thing i think would ever attract me back anymore.
