The best haircut and hair color I have ever had. Jimmy owns this establishment and is talented beyond your imagination. I travel over one half hour just to have Jimmy cut and style my hair. Honest, clean, on time and kind, I recommend Jimmy to everyone who needs his services.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was a client of Jimmy’s for 12 years. Recently, I had to cancel my appointment with Jimmy due to work constraints (I work in the hospital setting with COVID patients) . When I cancelled this time, Jimmy yelled at me, telling me I’m no longer a customer and hung up on me. I should have left it as is, but I felt bad and called back offering to come in for a quick cut at least, (figuring out how to work it around my job). I mentioned how I was busy at the hospital and I was sorry for the late change. Jimmy continues to yell on the phone, in front of other customers, stating that I “only care about my own business and not his” and he doesn’t have time to talk to me because he has “real customers” to wait on and hung up on me again.It was completely unprofessional and unfair, given the line of work I’m in and after 12 years of my patronage, I didn’t deserve to be talked to this way. No customer does.Orange County is inundated with these type of salons. Doubling up on clients, same process for the same price, however there are many others that are professional with great customer service. I was a client of Jimmy’s for 12 years. Recently, I had to cancel my appointment with Jimmy due to work constraints (I work in the hospital setting with COVID patients) . When I cancelled this time, Jimmy yelled at me, telling me I’m no longer a customer and hung up on me.
