I’ve been going to Rosa for years. Despite all the times my hair has been bleached it never looks damaged or thin. Recently I’ve been doing balayage and not only is the experience itself is nice due to the environment she creates but my hair has never looked better. I am currently in the process of moving to Tallahassee and I specifically made sure to go to Rosa prior to ensure my hair will look incredible till I come and visit.

I waited 3 days to write a fair review, SHE IS JUST AMAZING! I felt I wanted to say these at the first day after my appointment for hair dying and now after washing my hair, I am even more satisfied with the results!! She works at her place so you might get a feeling that the place doesn’t seem like my dream super fancy or super clean organized hair salon, but please just trust her and wait to see the results with your own eyes! Rosa can do hair very well. I loved the way my hair came out the first time but her customer service skills are awful. The first time I went she was extremely rude to me. I was on the verge of tears, I wanted to get up and walk out but we all know how it is when you are getting your hair done and can’t get up. Though hesitant to go back for a second time, like I said she does hair well so I thought, let me give it another try. I spoke with her trying to make an appointment, she called me on the phone and told me her price was $150. I made the appointment but she had to cancel, which I understood. I tried to reschedule the appointment but now she was telling me a different price, only $10 difference but still different…… she was also very rude with her response when I asked about another date. I am a Teacher, I live in Homestead and have a family, I was only trying to find a date that would work well for me. Rosa treated me unfairly and I am posting her response to show how she handled the situation.CLICK ON PHOTOS BY MY NAME TO SEE HER RESPONSE. I WILL NOT RETURN TO ROSA.
