Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT FOR HAIR COCO I HAD TO~ Before I went, I had totally messed up, fail DIY bleach session, totally spotty in the worst places. I also have stubborn dark asian hair which I also dyed to an EXTRA JET BLACK. Normally any other hair salon would say its super difficult to reach ash blonde (which is what I wanted) especially if you already darkened your hair and have uneven bleached spots. But Alex did such an AMAZING job, i’m barbie blonde and I absolutely love it. They were so kind to even open on a sunday which is their day off for me, and the kind lady assistant there went out to get us all coffee and snacks which was so so sweet. The customer service is incredible. I’m definitely going there again. There is a slight language barrier if you can’t speak korean, but it does NOT deter from their talent to bring AMAZING hair results. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT FOR HAIR COCO I HAD TO~ Before I went, I had totally messed up, fail DIY bleach session, totally spotty in the worst places. I also have stubborn dark asian hair which I also dyed to an EXTRA JET BLACK. Positive: Cleanliness, PunctualityWanted to find a different stylist that had availability to help me with my “pandemic hair” and came across Hair Coco. There was a mishap my first visit here – they did not have my appointment in their system! – and appeared to have a full schedule for the day. I was scheduled for a haircut and single process color and thankfully, their first few appointments were “no shows,” so I was able to get my hair done. Initially, I felt rushed and did not appreciate that they were all talking amongst themselves in Korean, but once it appeared that the onslaught of customers would not show, Amy, my stylist, and her assistant became more assuring and were careful throughout the coloring and cut.Prices comparable to other hair salons in the area and attention to detail was above par. Amy was very friendly and provided great tips throughout my appointment. Despite the initial mishap, I will be returning.Docking one star because booking an appointment over the phone was a bit difficult due to the language barrier and may have attributed to the misunderstanding/appointment mishap. Wanted to find a different stylist that had availability to help me with my “pandemic hair” and came across Hair Coco. There was a mishap my first visit here – they did not have my appointment in their system! – and appeared to have a full schedule for the day.
