Positive: QualityHair & Co is professional and efficient. My hairstylist got me in and out quickly. If you want a good haircut without a lot of fuss this is definitely worth checking out. She was friendly, however, the conversation was not overbearing or forced which I appreciate. Hair & Co is professional and efficient. My hairstylist got me in and out quickly. If you want a good haircut without a lot of fuss this is definitely worth checking out. She was friendly, however, the conversation was not overbearing or forced which I appreciate. The only issue I faced was that they only accept cash so you’ll have to make sure you have some cash on hand. Overall, a great experience.

This place is very unprofessional. They do not treat their customers like human beings. PLEASE go somewhere else, where you’re money is worth the pay and where you are treated like a human being. The females here do not greet you whatsoever, they do not ask how you are doing. Just plain judge the customers while they collect their cash. All you hear at this place is the females talk about their purchases their very materialistic about their branded clothes. They need training, all the other posts about them being good and all is not true. I worked with incarcerated people and they are treated way better than how these people treat their customers. Their punctuality is also terrible. They put themselves first rather than their customers. Please spend your $25 dollars somewhere else!!! All they want is easy money, they are not courteous whatsoever. Very judgmental hair salon. Do not go with any of these females. Their work is not worth their humiliations. EXTREMELY JUDGMENTAL PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a walk-in I ask if they could see me or had time. One of ladies said yes come back at 12:30. I sure did half and hour earlier as a matter of fact. I sat there and waited after that half an hour past. Some other lady not the one I set up the appointment with approach me and said she was running behind if I wanted to reschedule. Seriously why did they make me wait and waited until the appointment time to tell me she didn’t have time. Very unprofessional!!!!

I came here and I had unprofessional service. The woman who attended me was not welcoming and I was unsatisfied with the hairstyles she gave me. I recommend anyone to go somewhere else. They charge me $30 for a unsatisfactory service.
