Last time I was there for a cut, I mentioned how I thought my eyebrows were looking tragic. My stylist, Raquel, made sure that after my hair was dried and styled, my brows were waxed/shaped/fixed before I left the salon. The hair stylists here obviously care about their customers and work hard to make sure people look and feel their best. Last time I was there for a cut, I mentioned how I thought my eyebrows were looking tragic. My stylist, Raquel, made sure that after my hair was dried and styled, my brows were waxed/shaped/fixed before I left the salon. My husband and I have patronized Hair and Co since it’s opening. Without exception, we have found the staff to be professional, flexible, accommodating and highly skilled in their craft. Cuts and color are exceptional in quality and of great value. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went for a balayage a while back. Such a bad job done on my hair. Bad color, bad cut, and my hair was so fried at the end of it. Made it stylist aware that i didn’t like it and she ended up ghosting me. I finally got hair fixed by another stylist at a different salon. Critical: ProfessionalismI read about an experience a customer of yours had. She is disabled. You took her into your salon and started her hair appointment. Mid way you apparently stopped and told her to leave because she was not wearing a mask. That is cruel. Discrimination is also illegal.
