Amazing experience all the way around. This was my first visit and now will be my regular place. Jessica was excellent in service, conversation, and very skilled with those scissors! She addressed concerns I had with my hair and offered real advice that I can use on my own. Love, love, love my new stylist and the place. One stop beauty shop for sure with prices that won’t kill your wallet.

I had my first experience here yesterday. I purchased the Groupon Deal for the Shellac manicure and I also scheduled a much needed Pedicure. Sheila was the tech that serviced me for both the pedicure and the Manicure. She was very pleasant, Kind and friendly. My nails look great and she was very attentive. I even received a free hand wax dip and it felt great! Although the shop is a little more out of my way than I would like, I already scheduled my next service in 2 weeks because I loved the staff.

I was very specific in asking for chunky highlights and instead I received what looks like all-over color. I even showed her a drawing of what I wanted. The hair color is done in an area without a mirror so there is no way to see if she was doing what I asked. I felt violated after. Once hair color is done, there is no way to undo it. My hair is permanently damaged and some has broken off in my hand. In addition, my stylist complained about her personal life for much of the 3.5 hours I was there. This felt unprofessional to me. My appointment started 30 minutes after it was scheduled. The website says highlights are $45, I was quoted $65, and was charged $90. I wish I had walked out when the appointment was running late. I complained to the manager and she offered to fix it but that would have caused further damage and my trust was no longer there.

I’ve been going to this place for about 2 years now. Jessica does my nails & I absolutely love her. She’s very easy to talk to. The staff is always kind. This is the only nail place I can go to where my nails don’t chip between services.

Good place to get your hair cut when you’re sick of getting someone else everytime you go to one of those chain haircut places that go through a dozen people a month. Very competent and polite. Can’t beat the scalp massage you get during the wash!
