I hate writing bad reviews but i hate unprofessionalism more. I booked with what i thought a color master of 10 years. He showed up 30 min late to my appointment, he gave me the color that i wanted but not a balayage at all. He did not know how to blowout my hair at all which is curly but i qablow it out in 35min no problem im expecting a professional to know a simple blowout. Whatever i offered to leave and do it myself. He left my hair chunky unblended at the roots and was juggling multiple clients. In the end he charged me so much that i would be embarrassed to ask from someone if that was my work. I communicated that the back of my head looks horrible and he offered to fix it for free. He made it “blend” but it just looks outgrown af now. I just gave up and im going somewhere else. He apologized the first session and the second, he knows this isnt good. I feel robbed and my what was virgin hair i trusted him with cheated. I was super nice regardless but Id never recommend.

Super overpriced! You’re going to pay more than a normal salon here for mediocre work. Beware, they will upcharge you on simple services claiming they used “advanced techniques” without first consulting you on the price. Very disappointed that I wasn’t informed ahead of time for what they were going to charge me. No transparency whatsoever. I got some color put into my hair and you can clearly see the lines where the color starts which is not from the root where it should be. Its not blended and is chunky. It looks horrible – like a child did it. Then they tried to convince me it looked good. ugh!

I highly reccomend Hair Club 20! I got a pink bleach balayage by Alexis and I could not be happier with the results. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and use great techniques as well as high quality products so your hair feels strong and healthy.
