I have had my hair cut here twice. Today, I went in because I needed some help with a toner to remove the brassy-colored part around my face that I had previously dyed. She refused to do anything, had no solutions at all. I came home and used an advised toner and it came out beautiful. She could have done something, to me, she just didn’t want to bother. Never use them again.

I have worked at Hair Clips as a master stylist altogether a total of 21/2 years, I’ve been back on board since April of 2018 and I’ve been enjoying being back, Julie and Shell are great to work with. The salon stays neatly organized, clean and sanitized and our staff is very knowledgeable, we stay updated on the new products, the latest fashion trends and the current hair styles for men, women, boys and girls and we aim to please and we also appreciate referrals, questions about natural hair and weave services, scheduling and referral incentives you can ask for Catina. Today I finally ventured out for a trim. Upon entry I asked how much the trim cost. I was told by Julie’s daughter (Julie was within ear shot) the cost was $16. Upon completion Julie told me the cost is $20. Her daughter said I told her $16 but Julie just said no it’s $20 for long hair. After all the years I’ve been going to this location I thought they would have extended me the courtesy of sticking to the price I was given when I entered the door. I’m not sure how the length of your hair determines the cost when only the ends are trimmed. No style involved.
