Positive: Professionalism, ValueHair Castle is clean and spacious and the staff are friendly and professional. I have a few criteria that I judge a new stylist by:1. Do they listen to me? 2. Do they perform a superb relaxing hair washing? 3. Are they friendly?Becky is a very talented stylist that I would highly recommend. I moved here from out of state and it is always difficult finding new providers for the services that you use. I chanced upon Becky by accident. I was looking to do some lowlights and add some very strategically placed silver highlights framing my face. Becky listened to me, looked at the picture that I had brought in, and asked all the right questions and told me exactly what I could expect from my hair. Hair Castle is clean and spacious and the staff are friendly and professional. I have a few criteria that I judge a new stylist by:

Critical: ProfessionalismCalled to see if I could get a wash/cut, was told yes but would be at 4(called at 2) said I would call back to let them know for sure, called back and the same person changed to 3:30(sooner) but said to call again to be sure. I called back at 3:45, just so In case she needed more time with who she was working on, was then told to come at 4:30 she was going to blow dry and style current client and she would be done, I said that was fine. Arrived at 4:20, was acknowledged at 4:35 that the girl that was supposed to do my hair was in the back and would be right out… Fast forward to 5:30, the only girl that spoke leaves for the day, the one left doing hair stops cutting/drying her current clients hair to go mix and now color her hair. I sat there from 4:20 to 5:30 and was never helped! If she couldn’t do my hair like she said I could’ve went elsewhere instead of waiting and being ignored for an hour! And I still don’t understand why it took 3&1/2 hours to do one persons hair.
