Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityDo NOT go to Lidia, she did an Edward Scissors Hands on my hair. Went in with thick, long hair for just a trim. She took 4″ chunks off the back of my hair. I cant curl it without hair falling out because its soo uneven. I believe she did it out envy as her hair was long but now its short and damaged. When I called her, she put me off for a month and when I finally spoke with her she said “what do you want”? I said I have to get it cut, much shorter to even it out. She said “that’s it?
