I had an appointment today, I tested positive for Covid yesterday, I tried calling to leave a message and the phone kept disconnecting, then I called this morning during business hours and directed me to leave a message and then said mailbox is full, so marking me as a no call no show is great, thank you! Great system to be able to get in touch with someone! I will go elsewhere when I am better! Forgive me for keeping everyone from getting sick!

Sheena Barber was not professional or friendly at all. Didn’t even greet me when I got there (my first time). She did the wax first, I currently have leftover wax on my brows after she completed it. She double waxed some parts which is going to leave a mark for a couple days. She seemed rushed to get done with my service. She also seemed very angry when washing my hair, I don’t think anyone would’ve enjoyed that shampoo experience. I did not feel even a tiny bit welcome by her. I had high hopes. Never going back.

My hair was colored by Charise. She did a fantastic job. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the results I wanted and I love the end result of my hair. She also was very helpful by explaining everything she was doing since this was the first time I have dyed my hair. Would definitely recommend this place.

I have seen Shawna at Tangles twice now and have gotten an amazing cut, foil highlights and now a smoothing treatment. Prices are very reasonable for the professional services. The Agave smoothing treatment is cutting edge, all natural and free of the formaldehyde. Great cut for my thin hair type too. I have been to other places around town with limited hours, Shawna is really accommodating. I highly recommend seeing her.

Forgive me if I use old antiquated (I hope not sexist/misogynistic) titles, but my wife’s hairdresser/beautician/? technician? – Meghan – is very nice and she always does a wonderful and beautiful job on my wife’s hair. The salon itself is always very clean and comfortable, and the other staff there are friendly and professional. As a male/husband, I can not speak for the “value = price” issue, but I think they all do a great job and the customers appear happy when I accompany my wife.

I have gone to Hair by Whitney and Company since their opening and never been anything short of completely satisfied with all of the services offered at the salon. The unique aspect of Hair by Whitney and Company is that each person owns their own business, so whatever service you purchase is given by the same person who owns their business! As a business coach I often use Hair by Whitney and Company as an example in my own workshops of how a group of women entrepreneurs came together to share space and yet maintain business ownership. My experiences has been where business women really try to please their clients.

Terrific place to get a great haircut at a good price, for both men and women. I was on time for my appointment, went straight to the chair, and was on my way in less than 15 minutes (I’m a guy) My stylist was Meagan. Highly recommended.

This is a great full service salon. All the cosmetologists on site are excellent. Great prices in a laid back comfortable setting. If you are in need of a massage or facial the people there are terrific. Also you can book your appointment easily online through Vagaro.
