I had a really difficult time finding a place that would do a perm, and decided to try Hair by Victoria since the reviews were great! I really enjoyed my appointment. I showed up with a picture of what I was looking for and it ended up looking just like it! Now I just need to do my part to take care of it. Victoria listened to what I was looking for, and provided lots of insight on care instructions as well as setting clear expectations for what it would look like the next day – so helpful! I have long hair so I thought it would be maybe 4 hours (that had happened before) but I was out of there in well under 3 hours. The price was very reasonable. I think she was even more excited than I was for the “unveiling” when the rollers come out. I don’t usually book my next hair appointment while still there, but this time I did.
