I’ve been going here for about 7 years now, and I’ve never been disappointed. Not only are they the SWEETEST women there, they’re the BEST in the business! I drive all the way from San Angelo to get my hair done by them. They’re more than hairdressers, they’re my friends. Upon entering this hair salon, which clearly states on the windows “walk-ins welcome”, we were greeted to nothing. The two ladies that were working on clients dis not say anything to us for 10 minutes. We left since apparently, we were not welcome. My wife and I both wanted our hair cut. They missed out on getting two more clients.

“Walk ins welcome” does not mean you will get what you want that day…common sense says that there’s a possibility that they may or may not have time. Why don’t people call ahead and ask for an appointment like most people do? My business runs by appointments only…if you walk in expecting what you want today…you’ll either respect that I am busy and set an appointment, or you’re leave upset. Sorry folks, everyone’s life doesn’t revolve around you. On a better note..I have been a customer of Hair by Tammy for years and I’ve never been disrespected or unhappy. Don’t let two self centered reviews keep you from getting a good hair do!!

Sign says walkins welcome but when I walked in to an empty shop was told that it would be next week because she had other appointments. Didn’t even ask how I’d like my hair cut to try and determine if she could’ve worked with me.
