Critical: ProfessionalismOak Hills Nursing and Rehab booked one of their beauticians to come serve our residents today, they have been waiting along time for someone to be allowed to come in and preform hair cutting services. Upon her arrival she was asked to do a rapid covid test to protect our residents..she refused and left 20 very sad and disappointed people. Shame on you Shaylynn. That was horrible. I definitely recommend making an appointment here. .. I’m a very indecisive person in general, so it takes me forever to ‘finally decide’ on anything lol..Shay, had some great ideas&advise on how colors would/wouldn’t look with my hair… so (to shortn this up)with shays help and with all the picture(s) I had, (finally) I we came up with a idea& I made my mind up (lol).. – I absolutely love how my hair turned out, Esp the way the over all color(s) turned out!!. Def a Great place to go book your next appt with.
