I had an appointment with Samantha to get my hair cut and highlighted. Samantha confirmed this text via a text that she sent me. I showed up at 12:40 for my 12:50 appointment. The door to her area was locked and the light was off. I was early, so I didn’t think anything of it. At 12:51 she still was not there. I decided to text her. She did not respond. Around 12:55 I called her and got no answer so I left a voicemail. At 1:02 I received a text from her indicating that “I gave her the wrong phone number and she couldn’t reach me to cancel the appointment.” So it was “my fault.” Yet, she had previously texted me with no issue. This was a complete waste of my time and I hope you don’t make the same mistake. Customer service goes a long way and Samantha is definitely lacking it.
