My daughter had had the hardest time with getting the right color, having the product not burn her scalp or her hair, and leaving happy the way you should after a cut and color. Russell NAILED IT! He was incredible to talk to, work with and made her look and feel like she had never before. We found gold with him. Absolute gold. My daughter had had the hardest time with getting the right color, having the product not burn her scalp or her hair, and leaving happy the way you should after a cut and color. Russell NAILED IT! Haven’t had my hair cut in nearly a year and chose Russell after seeing good reviews, I definitely don’t regret it! He explained things well and was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I was also a dunce and forgot my wallet and he was more than accommodating to work with me and allow me to pay through an app! Will be going back for my next cut.

I was so impressed by his technique and the finished style (I use to be a hairdresser myself and I’m very picky) that I wanted to stop the person doing my hair and jump in his chair! I scheduled my next appointment with Russell and was so happy with my cut and style and felt like I finally got a FABULOUS haircut. I have been going for over a year now and couldn’t be happier! Russell is the only one I have ever trusted to highlight my hair. He is a great guy, friendly and really listens to what you want! After searching many months after my stylist moved out of town and trying many, many, others that were recommended I happened upon Russell who was in a salon cutting someone’s hair. I was so impressed by his technique and the finished style (I use to be a hairdresser myself and I’m very picky) that I wanted to stop the person doing my hair and jump in his chair! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWell, I would have loved to use this business but the fact that they don’t even acknowledge the customer who is in the salon who has booked an appointment is not acceptable. My appointment was for a consult @12.30pm and I was there @12.20. I walked in and no one acknowledged that someone has come In especially Russell with whom I had the appointment. There is no seating available for the customers to wait and no one is bothered. I was standing there for almost 15 mins and I had no clue what to expect. There was another lady who was doing a hair cut and somehow I am glad she atleast asked me if I had an appointment and asked to wait and Russell was right next to her but was least bothered to acknowledge his client. I walked out @12.55pm without even doing the consult.
