Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in for a simple trim and full highlights. I purchased a groupon to try Ricky out. I have natural blonde hair and it’s shoulder length. He wanted to upcharge me 3/4 of what my groupon was worth. $93 to $143 because he needed to take out the color in my hair. Again, I have natural blonde hair and I’ve never had anyone insist on this. He claims I didn’t want to work with him and in actuality, he literally said, “I don’t think this is going to work out.” I insisted that I really just want a simple haircut and highlight.
