Just moved to town, read good reviews on this place and decided to call to make an appt. What a mistake, they should’ve just said they don’t take new clients but instead the lady “trying” to help me was rude and gave me the run-around “trying” to fit my daughter into her schedule. She made it up in her mind and was talking to herself that nothing was going to work. She kept saying, no that’s not going to work, hmm no not that, what about? No. I finally said “what do you have open? What days?” She says, hmmm well… By this time I was a bit over the conversation she was having with herself that I said never mind I’ll call somewhere else she says ok and hangs up..no bye, no I’m sorry it didn’t work out, nothing. What a waste of time.
