Critical: Quality, Valuewas a previous client of Kim. OMG I PAID 50 BUCKS TO SIT UNDER THE OLD FASHIONED HAIR DRYER. Today I called ahead for price information about getting a root touch up for 1.5 inches of hair. I was told that it start at $70, and if it included blow drying it could be more. But not 50 bucks more lol. I previously had my hair colored there and asked to have it match my Facebook Photo. Last time I came out of there with a much darker hair color than I requested. Today I specified I wanted it to match my hair that was previously colored, to a lighter tone. After my hair was touched up and washed Kim asked me if the color was satisfacory. I stated that while it was still wet it is hard to determine. She asked me if I wanted her to blow dry it so I could see the color. I said no but since it is 40 degrees out side, I asked if I could just sit under the old fashioned bonnet hair dryer. KIM NEVER SAID THAT I AM GOING TO CHARGE YOU $50 BUCKS FOR USING 10 MINUTES OF ELECTRICITY. OMG. The owner Nicole was there and defended the $50 upcharge. I stated that no such pricing for just sitting was designated on their price listing. Further, the tone of my hair was now too light.
