I visited Neil a few weeks ago for a cut and style. I am a male and new to the Mount Airy area. Neil was very nice and courteous when making my appointment. I was on time and looking forward to my hair appointment. Upon arrival, I showed Neil a picture of the hair style I wanted. I also informed Neil that I did not want a high fade on the sides of my hair. I had this cut performed many of times in Wilmington NC with great success. Neil started off ok and the next thing I knew Neil buzzed my hair off to the skin on the left side. It was so high Neil went into the crown of my hair. My head looked lopsided. Neil ruined my hair and I am still letting it grow out. It looked as bad as the haircut worn by the North Korean President. Someone fresh out of beautician school could have done a better job. I expressed my displeasure with the cut I received. Neil gave me the cut for free but that don’t make up for the embarrassment of wearing a hack job. I would not recommend Neil to anyone.
