Critical: QualityTerrible stylist. No regard for appointment times. Rescheduled my appointment multiple times with poor and rude communication because they “wanted to go on vacation”. Never even acknowledged how dismissive or nasty they were. Finally scheduled a time only for him to not show up at the appointment.
