I have been going to Hair by Maria for the last 2 years

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityShe refused to do my hair because it was natural saying that it was too tangled and if she touched it it would become more tangled and she didn’t want to deal with that. I haven’t faced that kind of discrimination in a long time. I used to be a loyal customer here every two weeks and between me and my sisters bringing in several appointments every week. She refused to do my hair because it was natural saying that it was too tangled and if she touched it it would become more tangled and she didn’t want to deal with that. I haven’t faced that kind of discrimination in a long time. I used to be a loyal customer here every two weeks and between me and my sisters bringing in several appointments every week. She picked the place herself and she was literally told to comb her own hair out and that she could not have her hair washed unless she detangled her hair herself. She was told when her hair was washed it would become too tangled and the stylist would not want to deal with that. My girlfriend had a style in her hair and had several products built in preventing an extensive detangle. This is probably the same woman that answered the phone and very rudely told her that if she was natural then she had to come in the morning or she wouldn’t be seen. After fighting to get the appointment set they still took a walk-in in front of her. We were waiting for so long with an appointment just to be turned away because the stylist didn’t want to deal with it. I brought my girlfriend here to have her hair done she is natural. She picked the place herself and she was literally told to comb her own hair out and that she could not have her hair washed unless she detangled her hair herself. She was told when her hair was washed it would become too tangled and the stylist would not want to deal with that. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIf i could give this dirty place a zero star i would. i arrived at my scheduled appointment and waited over an hour and fifteen minutes, therefore i was unable to get my hair color done by Maria. All i have time for was dry/flat iron my hair. Maria sent me off with Idalmis, who by the way made a big deal because i have hair extension and from that moment on everything went sour. She then started criticizing me in front of everybody, making rude comments and telling me all kind of nonsense about my extensions. So, Idalmis did hair wash/roller set my hair. Once i finished drying my hair i asked Maria if she was gonna style my hair she said NO because she was busy with another client (just keep in mind i did NOT walked in, I HAD an appointment) then Maria(the owner) asked Idalmis to style my hair and she also refused stating that she was busy, but she WAS NOT…I was right there in front of her while she was complaining to Maria. So, Daysi is walking out of the kitchen and i pointed at her and asked Maria if she could style my hair.
