Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to Marcela for the first time and she was wonderful. Very professional and the salon was very clean. She was so sweet & I enjoyed chatting with her while she worked on my hair. She did a great job on my hair (which, for me, says alot because stylists usually mess up my hair) and took her time and made sure she had it exactly as I wanted it. I went to Marcela for the first time and she was wonderful. Very professional and the salon was very clean. She was so sweet & I enjoyed chatting with her while she worked on my hair. She did a great job on my hair (which, for me, says alot because stylists usually mess up my hair) and took her time and made sure she had it exactly as I wanted it. I’ll definitely be back!

Critical: ProfessionalismIf you are bilingual please make sure you make it known as soon as you walk in. The owner Marcela for 25 minutes kept bashing me for not telling her on the phone my child had “alot” of hair, therefore she would have quoted me an adult price. I didn’t want to embarrass her and let her know I understood everything she was saying but she wouldn’t let it go. I finally called her out on it and she kept insisting of how much work it was and I reminded her that she evaluated her in the chair and said nothing to me about an additional charge. She kept defending her actions until I pointed out her lack of professionalism and just plain human decency. She finally apologized for bad mouthing me to my face in spanish, while my child sat in the chair and also understood everything she said about us. The owner Marcela for 25 minutes kept bashing me for not telling her on the phone my child had “alot” of hair, therefore she would have quoted me an adult price.
