I want to share my experience with Lisa because I think other people should know what type of hair stylist she is. I booked a service of partial highlights with color in between. What I ended up getting was very dark roots with gold/orange hair which looks horrible. I have attached the screen shot of my text message with her so everyone can see how she handled herself. I could not believe that she dismissed me so quickly when I asked her to please help fix my hair after charging me $245 for this service. She blocked all contact with me and I have no idea how this women stays in business with such horrible business etiquette! I went to another hair salon today to see if they could correct her mistake and they could not believe how screwed up my hair was!! Thank god they are going to fix my hair but I will be paying another $200. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a hair stylist, yes her Instagram looks great so don’t be fouled like I was!! I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau of Denver as the other salon advised me to do. I’m 100% positive that Lisa will write a response being once again rude and defensive because I’ve already dug into her other reviews on google and yelp and now I’ve seen how she treats her clients. I wish I would have done more research before booking my appointment and that’s my own fault. $500 Lesson Learned!!!
