Based on my feedback she came up with a plan and she stuck to that plan very well. She was very friendly and I was impressed with her work experience. The color and the cut are what I hoped for. I went to Leilani for the first time and had a great experience! We talked about my hair and what the results I wanted were. Based on my feedback she came up with a plan and she stuck to that plan very well. She was very friendly and I was impressed with her work experience. The color and the cut are what I hoped for. I came in for a cut, highlight and dye and not only did she provide outstanding customer service, but also had genuine care for her customers, superior knowledge of hair dying, cutting and styling.
