I’ve been going to Kristen for about 2 years now and don’t ever want to leave! She always asks what I want and can figure out how to achieve that look. She is so kind and caring and makes 3 hours feel like 30 minutes in her chair. I’m a natural dirty blonde, but have been coloring my hair a natural red for a few years and it took me for-ev-er to find someone in NE Ohio who got it the right color. Kristen nailed it the first time. She helped put me at ease and feel comfortable with her right away. She’s so knowledgeable and is always going to new classes to keep up on education and perfect her skills. She reallllly listens to you and will do whatever she can to make your hair dreams come true.
