Phenomenal hairstylist who really cares. My hair looked really brassy and fried after highlights and a root retouch. Katy knew exactly what to do to correct the color and give me shiny, supple hair. She showed such attention and care with the details, always taking her time but working with ease and precision. What a miracle–I looked like a completely different person. She was a real lifesaver squeezing me between appointments and rescuing my hair crisis in a pinch. I will definitely be back!

Went to Hoai for a haircut on Saturday and I was very pleased with how clean the salon was, she offered mask and kept her mask on the whole time. She also gave me an excellent haircut! I was doing a very drastic cut and very pleased with the outcome. Both the cut and color came out great. Can’t wait to go back!

Katy is now my new favorite hairdresser! I read several reviews of the nearby salons on Google Maps before choosing Hair by Katy. I appreciated the pricing and the reviews were all very positive. This is probably the best experience I’ve had at a salon. Katy took her time and explained what she was thinking of doing and made sure I agreed before proceeding. When she washed my hair, she took her time and actually massaged my head and along with the relaxing music it was like going to a spa. I really appreciated that it was a one-room salon and was very clean. Katy also gave me a mask as mine did not fit very good. The booking online and selecting from the available appointments is very easy. This morning Katie text me immediately to let me know what to dothe when I arrive at the office. I can’t wait to go back and get my hair colored. I don’t go to the hairdresser that often, but now that I have somebody I really feel comfortable with and trust I will be making it a regular occurrence.
