Positive: ProfessionalismKacy saved the day, the week & the year! My hair was butchered so badly I’m convinced it was intentional. It was bad. So bad in fact that I lost 15 inches in length and had to go with a completely new style. Kacy is an artist. While discussing options he made a point to mention the ease of daily maintenance and that immediately convinced me he was a consummate professional who took his artistry seriously, which made me feel relaxed and in good hands. I gave him free reign and he did an absolutely fantastic revamp of my style and color! If you saw a before picture you wouldn’t believe it. Kacy did a phenomenal job. I love my new look and everyone in my family has complimented my new style! Kacy is AMAZING. Every time he has ever cut my hair, I have walked out of the salon feeling beautiful, and have always gotten tons of compliments on my hair. I trust him and his experience and expertise. So much so that I literally close my eyes and just enjoy the process of the cut, and open them at the end to see what wonderful style he did this time. I have only gone to him once with “my own” idea; i.e., a picture of a style I liked—and he gave me the exact thing I wanted, but even better.

Kacy did an amazing job on my hair but a little to pricey for me to go back! I would usually pay 150-200 for this but $278 seems outrageous to me. I also felt very uncomfortable that the whole place smelt like weed the whole time. If Kacy was working in a different environment I have no doubt he would succeed and I would be bringing my business back to him.
