Critical: QualityFor the price I was expecting exceptional service…I was not asked my the length I wanted, I normally get them very long and left with nubs, uneven, flat and fanned out nails. For the price I was expecting exceptional service…I was not asked my the length I wanted, I normally get them very long and left with nubs, uneven, flat and fanned out nails. I payed and tipped her for her time. She was trying very hard you could tell but my nails look absolutely horrible and I’m extremely disappointed to say the least!!

I get there she does a retouch and toner and blow drys my hair was yellow, after I said I did not want yellow in my hair. When I called asked for pricing they said range from $50-75.00 I walked out paying $100.00 and the best part of all of this is I have a scalp abrasion on my head, never had That happen to me before.
