I had a 2pm appointment with Jessica on Saturday – I was 2 mins late. I showed up and her door was closed and she had someone seated in her chair just starting to cut the clients already wet hair. I thought she might’ve been running behind? I sat in the chair next to her salon pod and waited…and waited… It’s now 2:37 and she hasn’t poked her head out to say hi, or apologize for running WAY late, whatever the case may be. I called a salon around the corner to see if they would accept my walk in (Salon @ 618) and they did. I knocked on Jessica’s door, which she didn’t open.. and told her that I was her 2pm..and that I was leaving. All she said was “Okay!” Didn’t apologize, or ask any questions. Really great hospitality from this broad………
