Hair by Jei is an absolute gem! The owner, Jess, is an amazingly talented stylist and cares about her clients. My balayage was great, when I transitioned back to foils, that was also great! My hair always looks beautiful and healthy after color and Jess really cares that her clients are satisfied with their service. I would give her 6 stars if I could.
