I moved to the Katy area almost a year ago from out of state. During that time I have frequented beauty salons, with good ratings, to find a hairdresser I liked. Four stylists later I finally found her! Hair by Helen. It was a struggle to find a hairdresser that didn’t boast photos of color jobs, long hair styling or special occasion updo’s, not that I don’t think Helen can do that. I’m not a young woman. I just wanted a good haircut and nice style. What I liked about Helen was that she listened to what I thought and when asked, she give me her advise. Helen took her time with me, gave me instruction on using a heating tool and told me what products she used. Upon seeing me my husband said, “I think you found your hairdresser”. Also, very nice, clean and quiet shop. Oh, and at good price too.
