I went to Favi to get my hair done to a color we agreed to. She told me that the color she was going to do was a medium gray. When she did the first session it came out a different color then what she told me “yellowish”. After charging me for the first session, she said that she will be able to fix the color to the medium gray. She re-did my hair and the color was now it yellowish and orange. She charged me for two sessions and spent over 8 hours for the worst hair experience ever. I asked her if she is satisfied with her work, she could not answer me. My hair is now damaged and orange, not mediem gray or close to it. I went to her and told her and told her that I was upset with the color of my hair, and instead of correcting the color she said, ” and what do you want me to do” in a negative way.
