Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI did not have the great experience expressed in the other reviews. I waited 15 months to get a haircut/style, due to the pandemic. First, I waited over a week before she returned my call for an appointment. She said she had been on vacation, but a simple voice message could have alerted me to that. After not having my hair cut for all that time, I was clear about expectations. After she was done, I honestly could not tell the difference between before and after, and I still had the same hair issues. I really should have said more at the time, but I think I was a bit stunned. This was not a cheap haircut by any means. NONE of my friends or family could even tell I’d gotten it cut, so it wasn’t my imagination. After several weeks, I knew that I needed to do something, since I was really unhappy with it. I was willing to give her another chance and left a message for another appointment. This time it took her 9 days to respond, without explanation or apology. She also stated that it was too late for a “redo” and I would have to pay for it. I never expected to get it for free!!! I did not have the great experience expressed in the other reviews. I waited 15 months to get a haircut/style, due to the pandemic. First, I waited over a week before she returned my call for an appointment. She said she had been on vacation, but a simple voice message could have alerted me to that.
