I heard about Hair by Christal after the Will Smith incident. ABC Channel 13 did a segment regarding Alopecia, and they highlighted Hair by Christal. I called her immediately due to my hair lost. She was very welcoming and interested in my hair lost. She even shared her personal story regarding her hair lost. She is very good at making you feel comfortable, and assured you had privacy in her shop. I’m glad I was able to know Christal. She really is a caring person. I saw a wig in her collection, and she weaved it for me the same day. Thank you, Christal, and may God bless you.

I was sleeping when I heard an advertisement on TV, immediately it caught my attention, because of my hair loss. I called her, and booked an appointment. My first time there, I felt like I had known her for years. She made me feel very comfortable. She restyled 2 wigs for me and I was very satisfied.. I also bought a wig from her ,that I fell in love with,and she actually custom made that braided wig over for me because my head was so little I am very happy to have found her. I didn’t hesitate on the pricing, because her work and effort was well worth it. I have several other wigs that I plan on taking to her .. Now.. I like what I see when I’m looking at me when I’m walking past the mirror

When I visited your salon today, I didn’t know what to expect, I was desperate for someone in your profession to help me with my hair problems, I came to you with this unit on my head that I was not very pleased with I felt ashamed going out of my house for any reason. You sat me in your chair took off that wig reconstructed it you gave me a fresh new style and look. In my heart you are the best of the best, you gave me some eyebrows that I had very little of and a set of false eyelashes that I never thought of wearing before. But when you were finished with everything you had done for me I was shocked to see how much more beautiful you made me look, and I appreciate you for the work you do for people like me who need sincere dedicated people in your profession to do what you do, I will let everyone know who ask that you “Mrs. Mercier” gave me my sense of worth and hope back.
