She took me in and gave me a great haircut so that I could feel better about myself, all with a huge level of compassion and kindness. Since then, as the issue as resolved (thank goodness) Amy has given me great haircuts and color that make me feel beautiful and happy. She listens and gives me what I ask for, expertly.
