Also if you’re a person who doesn’t want to spend all your time doing your hair, she has a million tips and tricks to make it work, which is one of the main things I love about her. Alison is amazing! Has seriously helped me with my extensions. I first got my extensions in Hawaii and had an awful experience, I was given false advice that steered me in the wrong direction. I have long fine hair and was in need of a trim. Typically even though I tell people to cut 1 inch off they cut much more. Allison trimmed my hair into perfect even length and hardly took any length off to do it. I was told one side of my hair would never match up but she had no problem. However the way Alison cuts my hair and highlights it with the balayage technique it just grows out beautifully and naturally. I am completely sold on balayage. My hair is dark blonde with a bit of gray but adding the subtle highlights brightens my hair up in such a natural way that I always wonder why I wait so long between appointments.
