I booked my appointment earlier, called to confirm we were still good which she said we were. I arrive early and was made to wait for 4+ hours for 4 simple cornrows. You’re probably wondering why I didn’t leave. Well it was a Friday evening after work and I had to fly out the next day so I didn’t have much of a choice. I negotiated a lower price but still it wasn’t even worth it. I highly suggest you do not come here. Her prices are high and she is extremely unorganized. Also the shop is a mess. There is hair and trash everywhere which doesn’t help the smell.

This is the second time this lady has worked unprofessionally with me. The first time she told me I could come at 6 to get my hair taken down; when I got there the salon was closed. She told me this morning I could bring my daughters to get their hair done at 2 pm when I got there she took another customer and said she wasn’t doing my daughters hair because they were under five and she doesn’t do under five year olds hair. She forgot that she did their hair in December. She stood to make more money from the lady who she took instead my babies. Such bad business.

First appt months ago went fine, so I set an appointment 2 weeks ago and called to confirm it a few days before the actual appointment. No one showed up so I called and texted. I finally got a text back and appt was rescheduled for the following day. No one showed up and did not return calls or texts the next day. I later found out she does not stand behind her work. A coworker’s hair was coming out 2 days later and they refused to return her calls to rectify situation. Obviously, they are not about business. I had a wedding I was supposed to be in and last minute I had to make alternate plans to get hair done! Very unprofessional. I will never take my money here again!

I went here just to get a touch up and the outside of my hair and I was there for 6 hours. I had taken my daughter with me to wait because we were not expecting a touch up to take that long. My daughter said that one on the workers sat down and ate a plate of food and went to sleep for 2 hours. There was only one lady working on my hair. My daughter hadn’t eaten at all that day. We did not approve of the service at all.

I went in at 10:00 A.M., 5 braids were done to lock me in and then I was told numerously to wait. 7:00 p.m. rolls around and they still haven’t touched my head. After 30 min on top of the 9-10 HRS, I was asked to come back the next day @ 6:00 a.m., I called her before and asked are you gonna be there she said, “Yes”. Long story short she was 40 mins Late. NO DISCOUNT, NO NOTHING, I’M NEVER GOING BACK.
