What an inviting, friendly spa. The owner, Brenda Barnes has decades of hair cutting/styling experience. She even still does sets! I went for the yoga class with Anna Bennett. What a unique yoga class. She talks you thru a flow series and then comes around and assists you to go deeper into the pose. No push, no harsh movements. The poses are different when you have someone to hold you into the pose. Beautiful yoga room. I hear she gives a fantastic Thai yoga massage and swedish also.
