I came here to get my hair and make up done for prom. The lady that did my make up was very nice, but I asked for a rather natural look and she gave me heavy contour and made me look older than I am. Erica, who did my hair was pretty rude and pulled my hair a lot. She cut my hair and curled it. My hair wasn’t even properly parted and the curls lasted for like 2 hours even though my hair normally holds my curls for sometimes even longer than 10 hours. I personally wouldn’t go here again or go to different people to get my hair done.

My stylist was friendly and my cut was nice but my very expensive highlights were kind of a waste of money. I showed her the first picture with the chunky maroon and blonde highlights, but what I got was the second picture- basically all you can see is one blonde streak on each side. None of the other highlights showed up. Edit: the store actually saw my review and took the time to call and offer to make it right !!! That’s excellent stellar service. Thanks guys!!!
