I adore this place! Carrie takes the time to listen to what I like. She knows my hair and how it behaves (or doesn’t), what cuts look best with my face shape, and what colors compliment my skin tone. She is happy to give input when I’m feeling indecisive, but is never pushy. The staff is friendly. I took my elderly friend with me to my last appointment, and they all treated her like royalty. Carrie always does a great job cutting and styling my hair and my 14 year old daughter’s hair. She really listens and makes suggestions as well as gives an education about how to have healthier hair. Her schedule is flexible and she has always run on time which, I consider to be of great value considering our busy schedules. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful, friendly staff in a very clean salon environment. I have naturally curly hair and it takes a very talented person to cut it correctly. Carrie did a fabulous job and my curls are supper happy and healthy. They also use and carry Eufora color and products. All natural Aloe based products that smell amazing. They just dont stop with haircuts and color. They also offer full service manicures and pedicures, make up and eyelash application plus much more. You can book online, call or walk in! Just do it !!

Love, love, love Carrie! My hair has never been so healthy and cut so well. Her knowledge of her (Eufora) products and different techniques has made me a lifer! Speaking of the products, I never really bought into the salon-sold products in the past. Just figured they were over-priced versions of what I can get at Walmart…Not Eufora- Absolutely amazing – I am constantly getting rave reviews of my cut, color, and how healthy my hair looks. Today was my first visit to Hair Biz. I am always super scared to go to a new salon/ stylist, because of my curly, thick, frizzy hair! It is not easy getting my hair done the way I like. It’s hard to manage and hard to really please me .I had spent hours researching on Google the best hair salons, at the best prices. I came across this place and loved the reviews and pictures I had seen. Another issue I have is finding places that use clean/ toxic free products. I am very into a toxic free life and it’s nearly impossible to find products in that category, especially with hair dye. I read the ingredients listed, because I know what to look for and what not to look for. I was immediately impressed with the ingredients and just how amazing they work. Yes, this includes their dye! The owner is extremely knowledgeable about the products and the ingredients. When you use toxic free products in your hair, it’s a massive game changer, as it makes your hair look so amazing! I truly loved the women who worked their .They are beyond kind, welcoming and fun. Also, my stylist, Kweylin, was so far above and beyond. My hair has not been cut in a year and a half and same for colored! Kweylin worked magic with my hair and was the best stylist I have had in 36 years!!! I finally found my forever salon and hair stylist! Thank you all so much!!! I can’t wait to come back!!

Kweylin has been doing my hair now for years and she is hands down the best there is! Everyone I know is always so amazed at how healthy my hair is even though I bleach it. That is what happens when you go to someone who knows how to work with bleach properly! I have been going to Hair Biz for awhile because they always do a fantastic job and work wonders on my hair! Carrie does the best color and cut in Pittsburgh! And the rest of the staff is super friendly and always accomodating! Highly recommend for hair, nails and pedicures!
