Jen Bass is absolutely AMAZING! I didn’t cut my hair in over 5 years and was ready for a big change (we ended up taking over 12 inches off and dyeing it!) She made me feel so at home and relaxed. Going to Hair Biz was new for me and I was a little nervous about someone new cutting my hair. Within minutes I relaxed due to how welcoming the whole salon is and with how Jen interacted with me. I have found my forever salon and stylist. I couldn’t be any happier!!

These ladies are amazing!! My wedding was back in October. I had to book on short notice and Lisa was very accommodating. Jen Bass did wonders for my hair weeks before my wedding as I desperately needed a trim and highlight (I have long, thick hair) and she made my hair look amazing, soft and shiny. She then did my hair on my wedding day and made my hair look amazing again!! The style was exactly what I wanted.

I absolutely love Hair Biz. Everyone is very friendly. Makes you feel welcome from when you walk in the door until you leave. I have been going to Reyna there. She is very friendly very knowledgeable of my needs. She helped me so much. I lost my hair from chemo she helped me when my hair came back to make it look great & gave me so many ideals on what to use for healthier hair & lots of styling tips. My most recent I had to have surgery (thank you cancer again) they had to shave back of my head part way up. Once again Reyna was amazing gave me the prefect hair cut to make it all look great & more hair tips & styling tips.

After a botched home hair color, I reached out to this salon for an emergency fix. I left a message on the website and the salon had responded before I had even woken up, in the morning. They worked with my schedule to get me in to see a stylist, that day. Reyna took on the job and I left the salon feeling and looking better than I have in 10 years. She was confident and took a whole lot of pride in her work. She REALLY wanted me to leave happy…. Mission accomplished, Reyna! Thank you to this salon for your excellent customer service and expertise. You’ve earned yourself a repeat customer!

I visited this salon April of last year, I normally do not post negative reviews, but this was the worst salon experiences I have had. I have been getting my hair colored for over 10+ years, variety of colors, and this was one of the worst colorings I have had. There was banding, spots missed, and the toner was left on far too long, resulting in my hair being a very dark gray instead of platinum blonde. Also, the staff was very rude towards me because I did not use their olaplex brand of hair products. I understand having to push products for sales, but there is no excuse for berating customs because they don’t use your store’s products.
