Debora, I’m sorry that after all the time I spent discussing and explaining the healing process you felt the need to write such an unpleasant version of your case. Without going into personal information of your case and detailed history, I sincerely feel that I did an excellent job, considering that I was doing a correction of poor work that I did not do originally. I felt sorry for you and was trying to help you the best I could. My gut feeling told me that you were probably never going to be satisfied, but I was trying to help correct the previous poor work (not done by me). I did explain to you a week after the procedure, that healing is a process and it is normal for some areas to heal lighter than others.. and it is very normal for one brow to heal lighter than the other. All of this can be perfected when we do a touch up 6 weeks later. When I spoke with you (1 week after) you completely changed your mind about the shape and size and decided to have me make your brows larger and thicker. I was willing to do that even though it was totally different from what you wanted originally. Ultimately I decided it was best to refund your money. I have been in the service industry for 40 years and can honestly say that I want all of my customers to be happy with my work. I take what I do very seriously. I have done hundreds of procedures and I have never refunded anyone their money back. You are the first. Permanent make-up is an art and in your case it was a process that required more than one procedure to obtain your goal. I tried my very best and am so sorry that you are unhappy. I treat everyone with dignity and respect and it makes me sad that you felt the need to post this negative review. I work hard and strive to run a successful business and have done so for many years. I know that most people aren’t aware that these negative reviews can’t be removed. I only hope that maybe people think twice before they post negativity towards another person as the world could be a better place if we all just were kind to each other. God Bless You

I had my eyebrows done at hair biz, May 12th of this year. The worse mistake was going their and trusting Paula. She did a bad job on my eyebrows one higher than the other, and one darker than the other. I’m embarous to go anywhere because of how I Iook. Yes I got my money back, but I can’t wipe my eyebrows and start over. I trusted her and I have to live with this, I’ve been through so and this was the icing on the cake.

Poor attitudes , poor work environment, The place is always dirty . The owners can’t even treat his employees with kindness that’s why they constantly go through employees . Completely lies and mistreats his manager for over 10 years to where she leaves . They constantly mess up people’s permanent make up .
