I’m an out-of-towner just getting my hair done for a wedding. Pauline did a fantastic job on my hair, but she also told me I need to switch ponytail holders to prevent further hair damage. I might never be back here unless I’m part of a wedding party in the area, but I will be forever grateful that Pauline helped me figure out that my hair breakage was due to my ponytail holders.

The salon is a great salon itself and the woman and very nice there. I had a great experience. I was there for about 4 hours. My hair was getting colored blonde. My hair was brunette. My scalp is chemically burnt. I went back and asked for my money back. They won’t give me my money back. I asked for their insurance information hoping they could refund me and they claim they don’t have insurance. I’m not sure what to do from here. I wish I could post pictures of my scalp. I have two scabs on my head, and the rest of my head is peeling I’d discribe it as a horrible sun burn.. I like my color overall but there was a spot that was missed I was supposed to go back for a touch up today. I can’t even get that done becuse my scalp is so burnt and peeling. They never offered me any free service for when my hair grows out. Just a free retouch up for that one part of my hair that was messed up. My head is so itchy I really don’t think I’m wrong for asking for my money back I’ve called many other salons asking their opinion and they totally agree with me. I didn’t want to make this bad review, and I told Lynn that. She went on and told me to do what I need to do.. I just feel if you pay over $100 to get my hair done I shouldn’t feel like this.. dissatisfied..
