She did not do what I asked for. Ivonne proceeded to say “I always tell every one that it will never be exactly like the picture”. The problem was not that I wanted it exactly like in the picture. The problem is that I LITERALLY walked out with a gray color, nothing like the picture I had asked her to do on my hair (ash/natural blonde)

All the stylists that work here are super nice and they treat you very well. I love how Yessica leaves my hair super healthy and she recommends really good hair products that have helped my hair. If it’s not Yessica doing my hair I don’t let anyone touch my hair . After not coming for months I asked her to cut my hair and she did an amazing job like always . I love coming to hair and beauty salon to get my hair done. My mom and I have been coming here for about 4 years now and we have an amazing experience with Yessica. All the stylists that work here are super nice and they treat you very well. I love how Yessica leaves my hair super healthy and she recommends really good hair products that have helped my hair. This is the BEST hair salon i’ve ever been to, yessica never cuts my hair more than i tell her to like the rest of the places i’ve been to. 10/10 would recommend! Very funny and entertaining when cutting hair, she gives lots of advise on what hair-do would be great for one and also lets you try out some GREAT treatments. I’ve been going with her for about a year or more and i come out happy everytime, she never disappoints.

Horrible first impression I called to make an appointment. They called me back saying they would get back to me on availability and never heard back from them. Didnt call twice but THREE times and no answer. Bad for buisness i was really excited to try out this place but just wasnt meant to be .
